softball

well here is our softball team, we finished in 2nd place and well we arent real sure if we are going to go to the kuwait championship or not. we had an off and on season, but in the end we finished 2nd for our post, and for a team that hasnt really played before and a coach that has no clue about softball i would say that it was a very good season. i dont really have much to say about this except that the field wasnt the best bc of all the rocks that are in the field.

ok if you cant tell yes im still in the desert but at a REAL golf course. this was a great day for us just relaxing. if you look close enough you will see in one of the pics there is even a water hazard. this golf course is in the middle of the horse/camel race track. The pic of the building is the club house. to amaze you even more this isnt fake grass this is the real deal. and the feel of it was great. the course was hard for the people that were playing, but for you that really know me, i dont think golf is fun at all, but watching them get pissed at their crappy hits was fun, and the fact that i had my own golf cart, HAHAHA it was almost as much fun as driving grandmother and granddads.

Hello everyone i know it has been a few days but i had a lot to do, since im finally leaving this hot desert.

how many of us wish we could still just fall asleep anywhere like he can, we all know as we get older if we were to do something like that then we would wake up so damn stiff.

this kid is going to be a rock star if you look at him!! tanja you already know what i mean. look he is already a pimp getting the lipstick kisses on his face, his glasses, and the hand signals.

and now to all that will get the chance or have had the chance to meet him that will read this blog. this kid is a very and i do mean VERY energetic kid, and from what i can tell when im talking to his mother on the phone he is talking like no other. he is also one of the reason that i am the man i am today bc he has changed my mind set just like his mother.

my beautiful girlfriend

this blog is dedicated to the woman and her son that i love very well, i know i haven't been the best boyfriend in the world but honestly it is because of what i told you about last night, and that is that i just cant let people see the weakness in me while I'm here bc once they do then they will run all over you.

now to the real blog. ever since i met this woman she has made me the happiest man in the world. she and i met when i thought that i would never find someone again that i could love with all my heart, well now there are 2 of them her and her son, trey is a typical 2 year old about to turn 3 so of course he talks more then ever and just runs around and gets into trouble. well i think i know what im going to get him while im home on leave for his birthday. and i also know have plans for tanjas birthday she knows we are going to Italy just not the exact spot that we are going, and to you tanja i just wanted to let you know it will be fun,romantic and all that we need to be able to just show each other our love. i cant wait to see you in just a few more weeks. you and trey have made me a better even if you don't think so trust me you have, and for that i am very thank full

memorial day

ok i know this is a few days late but here are the pics of memorial day and what went on. to all that look at this and served or are serving i just want to say thankyou from myself as well. now onto the pics here that show pics of people up close those are 2 of many of my friends that i have lost during this war but these are the newest to that list of 4500+ persons. elias elias i was honored to have served with while i was on active duty still at 12th chem he was one of few in the military that truly fought for a reason, im not saying we all dont have a reason i mean because for him since he was born and raised in lebonan he wanted to see democracy in the middle east. and then staff sgt. alejandro ayala as my family knows was the airforce person with me here that was killed because the TCN(third country nationals) and the kuwaities themselves dont care about how the cars and trucks and semis are, while driving back from another post picking up stuff for their airmen here that also served with us they ran into the back of a semi that didnt have his warning lights on or any lights for that matter and hit the trailor at 80km/h. he was a great man and truly loved the airforce and the airmen he had under him. both spc.elias elias and now Tech SGT. Alejandro Ayala you will be missed and im glad i got to meet both of you.

if you look at the other pics all the white boards you see have pics of soldiers,sailors,marines,and airmen that have been killed during this war. also if you look at the 'sea of flags' each flag represents one of the persons killed during the war so for that reason there are 4500+ flags aswell

OPERATION MYSPACE

if you look at the pics of the guy in uniform that is playing on stage, he was a member of filter who after 9/11 joined the army and decided to serve his country other then just thru music. and it just happend that he was there when this concert was going on and they suprised the band with him coming out to play with them, it was very cool.

ok this is going to mainly be photos and i have more on my computer so you will be seeing more of this blog when i get the chance. now then this operation was the biggest USO tour yet during this war. it had carlos mencia, filter,disturbed,the pussycat dolls, DJ Z-trip, oh TOM from myspace(you know the friend that will never go away LOL) and jessica simpson but to me she will not have a photo on here bc she really wasnt all there for us she was still all about herself. now Tanja please dont get mad when i put these pics of the pussy cat dolls up it is a general thing of pics(LOL im just joking dont get mad about that too:D)

now im not sure how this is going to show up but never the less look at the crowd and how happy to soldiers,sailors,marines,airmen, and even the brits are while this is going on and if you look closley at some of the pics of the crowd you will se me standing on the bumper of a hummer.
